Since April 2025, the only authorized body issuing online casino licenses in Curaçao has been the Gambling Control Service (CGA). This independent regulator, created by Government Decree No. 12/2025 and accountable to the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank, has merged the functions of Curaçao eGaming and various financial supervisory structures. To verify the authenticity of a license, simply find the CGA logo with a link to the public registry on the operator's website. Our catalog includes only those casinos that currently have a valid CGA license; the absence of the emblem or a non-working link to the registry signals non-compliance with the new requirements.
According to the “Online Gambling Regulation Order” (AB 2025‑05), all licensed platforms are required to: comply with international anti-money laundering standards (FATF/GAFI), conduct player verification (KYC), maintain reporting, as well as publish a dispute resolution mechanism and CGA ombudsman contacts on the site. This may extend the registration and first withdrawal processes, but now all disputes regarding improper casino behavior are resolved by a unified standard.
