The Tobique Gaming Commission (TGC) license was established with the adoption of the Tobique Gaming Act 2023 on October 13, 2023. Since then, TGC began issuing remote gaming licenses to operators (the first licenses appeared in 2024) – these licenses cover gambling services offered from the territory of Tobique, Canada, and allow serving players both within the tribal lands and beyond.

The TGC license permits customers from most countries in the world, except for a number of prohibited regions (USA, UK, the Canadian provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, as well as countries on FATF sanction lists). The legality of a casino can be checked on the official Tobique Gaming Commission site: in the “License Holders” section there is a list of all companies with TGC licenses. If a casino operator is present in this list (the license number or commission's logo is usually indicated on the casino website), this proves it holds a valid TGC license.
