If you are reading this, just forget about this dump called SlotV if you don’t want to ruin your nerves with your own money. I played here since 2017 up to today; the only reason I didn't leave earlier was gambling addiction and I didn't want any new casinos. Now I’m very happy to get this crap out of my life. So here is the whole truth from a player with eight years' experience about this dump: 1. Your chance to win anything here is one in a million; the slots are greedy, the card tables are blatantly programmed—if providers that play more or less fairly appear, they remove them after a month or two. 2. The service is complete garbage; even your deposit can easily get stuck for several hours or even a day—I’ve had that happen more than once. 3. Withdrawals after all verifications take from several hours to a week. 4. Chat managers are dumber than AI bots; they’ll repeat the same thing to you over and over like parrots. 5. Today there were no managers in the chat for more than 12 hours; it just says "SlotV team not available, write to email"—basically they are dying, they simply have no staff. 6. Withdrawing money through the e-wallets they recommend, I once had my card blocked under Article 115 (Russian law); the bank specifically indicated transfers to their "drops." 7. The casino operates illegally: all money moves through gray schemes, simply through "drops" or crypto; their drops are often so stupid that they cannot properly close a deal, they write bank names and their details incompetently; several times it was impossible to make a transfer to the provided numbers. 8. Banks will often block your cards even for deposits to this dump. 9. NOT ONCE in eight years have they solved a single technical problem; the only answer is "not me, not my cow, we are only intermediaries, we are not responsible, the games and licenses are provided by others"—you’ll never hear anything else from them. Today I was specifically fed up with the absence of a manager in chat for more than half a day because another deposit of mine got stuck. Yes, they do fix these problems but you will wait a LONG time. I’m not too sorry about the lost money, I brought it on myself, but the service is simply a spit in the face. But I’ve closed this relationship with that crap for myself. My personal advice to everyone who reads this—avoid this company like the plague.
