Description

Opened in 1966, Caesars Palace Las Vegas was designed to reflect the height of the Roman Empire. It was owned by Sarno until 1969 when it was bought by Lum´s restaurant chain who renamed their corporation to Caesars World. In 1972 a 16 story addition was constructed and in 1992 the Forum Shops opened. In 2005 Harrah´s Entertainment acquired Caesars Entertainment Inc and in 2010 they rebranded as Caesars Entertainment. In 2017 ownership of Caesars Palace was transferred to Vici Properties who leased the property back to Caesars Entertainment. Caesars Palace has been featured in many films and TV series and has been home to numerous international performers including Frank Sinatra, Julio Iglesias, David Copperfield, Dolly Parton, Tina Turner, Ricky Martin, Cher, Celine Dion, Elton John and Rod Stewart.

Rao's Las Vegas is an exclusive Italian restaurant owned by the Pellegrino family. With many ingredients imported from Italy, dishes include Uncle Vincent´s Lemon Chicken, Rao's Meatballs, Veal Chop and pastas.

The Retro Americana design of the Searsucker Las Vegas has a menu created by Chef Brian Malarkey. Shareable plates include buffalo chicken lollipops, mac & cheese and a shellfish platter. Also popular is the Stout Braised short Rib, sliders and Verlasso Salmon.

Beijing Noodle No 9 has a large menu that features Northern Chinese and authentic Asian flavoured dishes. Fried rice, dim sum, noodles, Beijing pancakes and vegetables can be enjoyed whilst you enjoy watching the gigantic fish tanks.

Overlooking the Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis, Mr Chow provides family style dishes including Chicken Satay, Beijing Duck, green Prawns and of course the hand-pulled Mr Chow Noodles.

Pronto by Giada showcases her signature Italian dishes that have a Californian influence.

Bacchanal Buffet has nine open kitchens that prepare hundreds of different items for you to choose from.

The Montecristo Cigar Bar is described as a “fan cave” and is the perfect place to enjoy drinks, cigars and football. There are four different areas to suit every mood, The Signature Bar, The Library, The Courtyard and the Vault Room.

Alto Bar is adjacent to the Omnia Nightclub and is the largest bar in Caesars Palace, It features private booths with TVs. The bar has 8 TVs and 18 video poker machines. There is also a private dining space for up to 30 guests which is popular with Stag/Bachelor and Hen/Bachelorette parties.
